Christina El Moussa’s Fitness Routine — Gym Workout For Her Bikini Body

Getting to the gym is challenging, and it is even harder when you’ve got a full-time  occupation and a few children! ‘Flip or Flop’ star Christina El Moussa seems AMAZING — here she tickles her health club time to assist her family AND herself.

Christina El Moussa, 33, created serious headlines along with her bikini body when she did a photo shoot with her daughter on March 23. Everybody would like to understand her hints for exercising and eating right here is some guidance from Christina herself!

Christina did a Q & A with her nutritionist and buddy  Cara Clark that was published on Cara’s site at January 2016.

“I genuinely believe there is not anything more important than water and sleep,” Christina explained. “I drink 34 ounce of Penta new water when I am filming. Through my own water system, I have water at home and enjoy approximately 20 ounce of Perrier! When I work out, I have more energy throughout the day. So I believe it is so important both emotionally and mentally to find those workouts in. . Even if it’s just a 30-minute walk!”

She continued: “For me, it is all about balance. From family to exercise to foods. Family: Taking time for every person in your household to be certain they’re getting your attention. Exercise: it is important to do whatever exercise you loveand whatever gets you moving. Whether it’s running or yoga or spin or barre — just get out and get it done! Nutrition: eat foods and keep it simple :-RRB-)”

She also explained how she makes time for herself.

“Seriously, I struggle with this all of the time. I have problems with a great deal of guilt. I went back to work at 5 weeks and that was hard for me personally. My daughter got envious of the time that I spent with Brayden, therefore when I could I attempt to do my own things. We go get our nails done, go to lunch and a movie or Disneyland. For myself, I really like a great massage! I make sure I receive one. I try to integrate my workouts with my children, since I want to be with my children as far as you can. I love to push the dual [stroller] into Starbucks and relax there with the children for a bit.”
