She’s fronted campaigns for the likes of Seafolly, walked the Victoria’s Secret Weapon and will be the face of lingerie brand Triumph’s Triaction range (think inviting, easy-to-wear sports dolls). So, when Jessica Hart discusses workout secrets, how we hear!

The prior WH cover star is a veteran traveller (we caught up together with the New-York based 30-year-old at Sydney) so knows the way to break a sweat and workout when she’s away from home.

“I do a little series of push-ups, lunges and sit-ups in my hotel room,” she says. “In a little space there is just so much you’re able to do, but work out work your thighs and butt, crunches or sit-ups do your own tummy, and push-ups do your own arms, back, shoulders and buttocks.”

This her movements are shared by Hart. Caution fitness inspo ahead.

“I blend it up with my workout. If you always do the identical thing your body is only going to get accustomed to it and it won’t be as powerful. Whereas in case you keep changing up your workouts, then it is like tricking your muscles.”

“I like exercise that is to the stage. Just like a spin class — you can just bang it out and go home. I working out with my coach and enjoy Pilates. We all do burpees, push-ups, squats, star jumps, mountain bikers and TRX, which is actually great. A whole lot of core things.”

“My beauty strategy when exercising? Nothing! If I don’t do my workouts in the morning, I dread it all day, so I have to get out of bed, put on my gym equipment and I’ll be blessed if I brush my teeth out. Oh, and a ponytail — there is nothing worse than hair on your face if you are trying to workout.”
